REGISTRATION INFORMATION

There will be rolling registrations Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 in the school. Please call the school at 718-984-5750 for additional information and to schedule an appointment.

Kindergarten students must be five years of age by Dec. 31, 2012.  Parents MUST be a registered parishioner (register for the Parish at the Parish Office) to apply.

The following items are required for registration:

1. Child must be present.

2. Birth certificate.

3. Baptismal certificate (required for kindergarten to 8th grade only).

4. Sunday collection envelope number (not required for pre-K).

5. Non-refundable $175 registration fee.

6. Report cards and standardized tests scores from the last 2 years (where applicable).
